Objective

The student is able to describe the opportunities physiotherapy has to promote health and functional ability of people in different operating environments. The student understands the basics of building a therapeutic relationship to enable the client’s active agency. The student knows how to describe the main phenomena of physiotherapy. The student is familiar with the basics of first aid and rescuing operations. The student is familiar with the basics of health-enhancing physical activity.

Therapeutic collaboration, interaction and dialogue
Main concepts and theoretical basics of physiotherapy
Physiotherapy as a field of science and physiotherapy practice based on demonstration
Physiotherapy process for promoting client agency and functional ability.
