Objective
Upon completion of this course, the students understand the leadership development cycle. They understand the key elements of leadership in the modern business world. They know the different types and styles of leadership and the connections between them. They understand that leadership and organizational culture are essential factors to business success and they recognize current and future challenges of leadership.
