Objective

After completing the course, the student
• Understands the importance of maintaining, assessing and promoting cross-sectoral work capacity in its own role and identifies key risks for work capacity
• Manages approaches in goal setting to improve inclusion and agency
• Is able to choose methods to support employment and work capacity
• Is able to lead and coordinate different processes for work capacity
• Is able to participate in networks to support employees, employers and work community
• Is able to develop and promote employment and work capacity on different contexts

Content

During the module, the student acquires fundamental skills in guidance and learns to work as part of supporting networks for employment and work capacity. She/he learns to recognize risks for work capacity and methods for early prevention She/he is able to promote access to a sustainable rehabilitation/employment and return to work solutions.
