Visual Design Project (10 ECTS)

Objective

Students develop their professional skills in a client-oriented work process. They can schedule their work and act responsibly in a project setting. Students can justify their solutions and present their plan professionally. Students can produce material that is pertinent to the project independently and/or in a group.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Student
- participates in the project to the required extent
- completes tasks to a satisfactory standard
- understands the core content of the course
- participates in group work (if the project involves group work)

Student
- actively participates in the project
- completes tasks independently and shows initiative
- completes tasks on time
- masters the content of the course and applies the learned knowledge in his or her work
- is capable of independent information retrieval
- actively participates in group work (if the project involves group work)
- is able to schedule his or her work

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Student
- actively participates in the project and shows self-directedness
- completes assignments independently and demonstrates initiative and creative problem solving skills
- completes tasks on time
- can apply the learned knowledge in his or her work in an original way
- is capable of independent information retrieval and application of information
