- select suitable methods of weather protection and dust control at the renovation site

- explain safety risks of repair works as well as methods to improve occupational safety

- explain the stages of construction site implementation of facade, water roof and balcony repairs and choose a suitable repair method
- explain the stages of the site implementation of the repair of the foundation structures and choose a suitable repair method
- explain the stages of construction site implementation of line renovation and wet room repair and choose a suitable repair method
- explain the stages of construction site implementation of repairs to surface structures
- list strengthening methods of load-bearing reinforced concrete structures
- prepare a repair construction work plan for a small repair building work
- explain the occupational safety risks of a renovation construction site and methods to improve occupational safety and analyze occupational safety plans
- implement moisture management at the construction site

In addition to the previous skill requirements, the student is able to
- analyze special features based on the demand and scope of the repair construction work
- explain the stages of demolition work on site
- prepare a repair construction work plan for a small repair job

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

In addition to the previous skill requirements, the student is able to
- prepare a task plan for the repair construction work for a wider repair work
- take into account occupational safety and environmental safety of repair construction work in a demanding repair work
- implement moisture management at the construction site and choose suitable protection methods

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The student is able to
- list the special features related to the work implementation of the repair construction site
