Head tutoringLaajuus (5 cr)

Objective

After completing the head tutor training, and having acted as a tutor for one season before that, the student:
- can network and cooperate with the teaching and guidance staff on their campus
- is able to manage and organise tutor activities in their field of study on their own campus
- is familiar with the student services of Metropolia and can ensure that tutors know how to communicate about them
- can support and maintain the motivation of their tutors
- can evaluate their own actions and provide feedback to improve tutor activities

- maintaining the motivation of one's own tutors
- developing tutoring activities

Qualifications

The student has participated in tutor training organised by Student Union METKA and has tutored for at least one semester. The student has gained sufficient experience in studying in UAS.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The student has achieved the objectives of the course on a satisfactory level.
