? developing tutoring activities

Content

? Identifying and applying your own sector-specific expertise
? Peer mentoring of students
? Teamwork skills
? Sharing experiences
? Presentation and interpersonal skills
? Identifying students' guidance needs
? Guidance and counselling skills
? Independent organisation of activities
? Networking with students in your own field of study
? Planning and implementation of study circles. Return of the written plan to METKA.
? Communication, marketing and information tasks for your own study circle
? Acting as a tutor and carrying out the required tasks
? Facilitating study group meetings at least 6 times per semester
? Writing a diary during activities
? Writing a final report at the end of the activity
? The plan, the diary and the final report are returned to METKA’s tutoring specialist

Qualifications

The student has participated in tutor training organised by Student Union METKA and has tutored for at least one semester. The student's studies have principally progressed in accordance with their personal study plan.
