Objective
The students understand the significance of the role personnel and personnel management play in the success of an organization in today’s dynamic and highly competitive business environments. The students recognize the possibilities and challenges of future workplaces.

Teaching methods
Independent work; stimulating writing assignments; in-class exercises; knowledge base assembly; group work; collaborative learning; cross-over groups; learning cafe; inquiry teaching; teaching discussion; brainstorming; discussion group; reading circle; presentations; debates with argumentation; problem-based learning (PBL); and case teaching.

Students have achieved the course objectives fairly. Students will be able to identify, define and use the course subject area’s concepts and models.

Students have achieved the course objectives well, even though the knowledge and skills need improvement on some areas. Students are able to define the course concepts and models and are able to justify the analysis.

Students have achieved the objectives of the course with excellent marks. Students master commendably the course subject area’s concepts and models. Students are able to make justified and fluent analysis and to present concrete development measures or apply the objectives in practice.
