Objective
The student will understand the function and the regulation of enzymes in the cell, and can explain the most important reactions of energy metabolism. The student knows what antibodies are and understands their use in analytics. The student also knows the basics of immune system.
The student knows the theories of the main biochemical research methods.
Content
The function of enzymes, kinetics, antibodies and their reactions, Energy metabolism and most important research methods in biochemistry. Enzyme kinetics -experiment in practice.
