ICTSUMMERICT Summer School
Objective
Participants will understand the technologies behind ‘smart voice-enabled devices’ such as Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and others. Students will get familiar with the basic principles of voice interfaces. All participants will create their own voice application for Amazon Alexa in the course.
Content
1. Introduction into Voice Interfaces and voice-enabled devices.
2. Introduction into voice and cloud technologies behind Amazon Alexa skills
3. Develop an idea and design of your own Alexa skill
4. Create the voice interface for your Alexa skill
5. Create the backend for your Alexa skill
6. Presentation of all Alexa skills created in the course.
