Objective
The students know the most important solutions of building services and fire safety systems in commercial buildings and know their design principles. The students are able to draft the documents that are needed for design, use and maintenance for heating, water and sewage, air conditioning and cooling systems in commercial buildings using the most common application programs. They can read technical documents of building automation system and draft plan drawings for the building automation system. They can explain the typical roles of building services project group members and have basic abilities to act in those roles.
The students are able to compare the solutions in regards to the energy and economic efficiency.
Content
Designing the heating, water and waste water, air conditioning and cooling systems using also programs and building information models.
