Objective

The student will be familiar with the new and alternative energy sources and technologies. The student will understand the significance of centralized and decentralized energy for energy production.

Content

-Non-renewable and renewable energy
-New and alternative methods of producing energy or energy sources
-The importance of renewable and alternative energy sources in energy production in the future
-Energy Efficiency and Energy Storage

Qualifications

The student can understand simple natural scientific phenomena and the student has the basic mathematical and science skills needed to calculate physical phenomena. The student is familiar with laws of thermodynamics and knows the limitations of the laws. The student masters basics of energy engineering.
