- explain different company forms and their differences
- set up a business
- list the main contents of company law
- explain the contents and aims of a business plan
- explain the principles of financial administration
- calculate salaries and take care of employer payments stipulated by the law
- explain the role of taxation in financial administration
- explain the principles of calculating offers
- explain the aims of recruitment and personnel management
- explain signs of underground economy and principles of preventing it.
