Objective
Students will know how to evaluate and select suitable and justifiable approaches and methods to develop their field of study and work community. They will identify the premises and concepts of the principal methods and service design used in their fields of study. Students will know how to search for appropriate R&D data and demonstrate basic competence in processing, analysing, disputing and reporting data and results.
Content
•Principal R&D methods in one’s own field of study (e.g. evaluation research, action research, product development and research-oriented approaches, qualitative and quantitative research)
•Data acquisition and processing
•Reporting, presenting and utilising results
Materials
Moodlessa osoitetaan materiaali, sisältää myös etuäteen nauhoitettuja verkkoluentoja.
Teaching methods
Verkkokurssi, ei sisällä lähiopetusta, eikä yhdessä tehtäviä osia.
Verkkoalustana Moodle, joka auki 3.9.-10.12.19. Kaikki tehtävät ja tentti suoritettava 10.12. mennessä, jolloin Moodle sulkeutuu.

Verkkotentti, joka tehdään Moodlessa. Mahdollisuus uusia 2 kertaa kolmen päivän välein Moodlessa. Uusinnatkin oltava suoritettuna 10.12.

Itsenäiset tehtävät arvioidaan hyväksytty/hylätty asteikolla.
Verkkotentti, josta saatava 50% oikein, hyväksytty/hylätty.
Suoritukset arvioidaan viimeistään tammikuun 2020 alkupuolella (kun opettajat ovat palanneet töihin ja lukeneet tehtävät), mutta merkitään opiskelijan rekisteriin vuoden 2019 suorituksena
