Learning outcomes
The student can work as a manager, anticipating the forthcoming changes in the field of social and health care services, and following the principles of collective advantage as well as social, environmental and economic responsibility. He/she is familiar with the legislation regulating responsible management and is able to make fair supervisory decisions in the key areas of human resource and operational management. As the employer’s representative, the student promotes responsibility, equality and fairness, and is able to find solutions for ethical conflicts within the organization. The student understands that ethical conduct in the workplace increases well-being, profitability, and the personnel’s trust in the management.
