Objective

The student is able to evaluate his/her former development and skills and to plan strategic actions that support his/her career plans. The student is able to apply self-management tools to continuous development as a manager. The student masters the principles of strategic management and proactiveness and takes responsibility for implementing and reforming strategy as a front-line manager. The student is able to create, together with the personnel of an expert organization, an atmosphere that supports working and diversity. He/she encourages the personnel to enhance their skills for future needs and strategically useful work. The student can evaluate the results of chosen strategies in relation to targets.

Teaching methods

The course consists of three seminars on September 11th , 2019, October 9th, 2019 and November 12th , 2019 at 9-16.
The seminars consist of lectures, activating discussions, group work and case studies. Participation is highly recommended..
Course assignment consists of attendance in the seminars and the learning assignments.
