Objective
Upon completion of the course, the student will know how to:
- Justify the importance of diverse and multi-faceted client competence in care and services of older people and their development
- Apply their expertise in multiculturalism, diversity of sexual orientation and gender identity and disabilities in client work and the development of services
- Assess multi-faceted ageing and the differences in the older people as users of care of older people services
- Apply the innovation process in the development of a wide variety of services for the older people
