Objective
By the end of the course, the student will be able to:
- Understand the strategy process from analysis to implementation and follow-up in the real world.
- Understand the significance of leadership competencies in successful strategy processes
- Appreciate the importance of continuous and systematic evaluation and feedback throughout the whole strategy process

- Phases of continuous strategy process
- The linkage between strategy process, organization culture and management style
- Selecting the appropriate strategic management model and methods for a certain organization
- Involvement and commitment of organization throughout the whole strategy process
- Strategic management challenges in the future
