Objective
The student understands the significance of miking techniques in successful record production and learns differences between different microphone types. The student learns features and uses of microphones, and placement of microphones in recording situations. The student learns how to plan and carry out a recording session in a professional sound studio and how to collaborate with musicians in a recording situation.

- Completing and submitting the given exercises and assignments according to the agreed schedule
- Participating in at least two recording sessions during the course.
Prerequisites
