Learning outcomes of the course
After completing this course, the students know the demands of professional communication and how to capture data. They know the process of how to outline and share data. The students will be able to write an essay and make a professional presentation, which relates to their own business. The students are able to evaluate their know-how and give constructive feedback. The students know the concept of teamwork and master the basics of project communication. The students can act in an appropriate and accomplished way in communication and interaction situations of working life. They know how to take into account the receiver, the situation and the requirements of the field. They can communicate in a structured, understandable and convincing manner.

The student is able to evaluate her/his communication skills and to set development objectives for her/his communication. The student acts in a target-oriented way in business interaction situations.
