Objective

The aim of the course is to strengthen the student's expertise in professional interaction situations, to develop the student’s competence in work communities and to help in finding ways to share one’s own expertise.

• The student can identify, present and analyze professional developmental needs in a personal developmental plan.
• The student can share their own developmental expertise in a natural way.
• The student can utilize the potential of technology in communication and interaction in the industry.
• The student can educate groups and work communities in their own field of specialization.
• The student is able to use their own expertise proactively and constructively in work communities and professional roles.
• The student is able to develop their own welfare and that of work communities.

Content

Drawing up a personal development plan. Structuring and analyzing one’s own professional career and expertise. The various professional roles of music educator and musician, and their changes over time. The impact of the changing working life on one's own professional identity. Sharing and marketing one’s own expertise. The roles of educator and developer in a work community. Theories, concepts and phenomena of work welfare.
