All materials are in the Moodle workspace.
An independent online course focusing on your well-being is built on nine themes and tasks based on them. The average duration for each of the nine areas for a student is 1.5 weeks, consisting of 100 days of active well-being.
The Moodle workspace with its materials acts as an online operating environment. The online course also has a closed Instagram account.
The themes of the 100 Active Wellness Days are: https://en.padlet.com/teija_rautiola1/18jkhp98nl8dpmpe

Jakson opetusmateriaali työtilassa sekä työkohtaisesti erkseen suositeltu kirjallisuus. (not translated)
Jaksolla työstetään omaa opinnäytetyötekstiä suomen kielen ja viestininän opettajan ohjauksessa. Lisäksi on mahdollisuus saada englannin opettajalta tukea esimerkiksi opinnäytetyön abstraktin laadintaan, keskeisten käsitteiden valintaan sekä tiedon hankintaan ja sen käsittelyyn englanniksi. (not translated)
Opintojaksolla edistetään omaa opinnäytetyötekstiä ja tehdään siihen liittyvät harjoitukset. Aktiivinen osallistuminen opetukseen on olennaista; pääsääntöisesti vain kaksi poissaolokertaa sallitaan. Opiskelija jättää jakson lopussa arvoitavaksi osan omasta opinnäytetyötekstistään. (not translated)

Jaksolla on etusija niillä opiskelijoilla, jotka tarvitsevat tukea opinnäytetyönsä kirjoittamiseen esim. luki-vaikeuden, vieraskielisen taustan tai opintojen viivästymisen vuoksi.
Tarkemmasta ohjelmasta sovitaan yhdessä aloituskerralla, joten läsnäolo silloin on erityisen tärkeää. (not translated)
