Objective

On completion of the course the student know how to manage a project from a construction management point of view. The student knows how to carry out and take into account the measures necessary to achieve the moisture management and quality goal of a construction project.

Content

Basics of construction: the stages of a construction project, from the needs assessment to commissioning, from the perspective of construction.
Going through the meetings of the construction project
Principles of moisture management: moisture management report, site moisture management plan
Quality thinking: quality assurance

Qualifications

Basics of building construction, construction parts, schedule and work planning principles.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

On completion of the course the student
- explains the basic concepts of construction
- explains the course of the meeting in the construction project
- explains the principles of moisture management
- explains the principles of quality assurance

Assessment criteria, good (3)

In addition to the requirements listed above, the student
- participate in the preparation of construction project meetings and act as a member of the project team
- prepare the moisture management and quality document for the construction project

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

In addition to the requirements listed above, the student
- apply moisture management and quality assurance documents in practice
