Objective

The student familiarizes themselves with the basic playing technique of their second instrument. They know the basics of comping and also get acquainted with the more demanding playing technique of their second instrument.

Content

Piano and / or keyboard piano lessons in groups. Piano or keyboard players select their second instrument together with the instructor responsible for instrument studies.

Qualifications

No prerequisites.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

To get an approved grade, the student
- has participated in lessons as agreed
- has performed the given exercises and tasks
- is able to work independently
- practises a typical interpretation of his second instrument
- knows how to use typical instrumental expressions and typical expressions for the selected accompaniments
