Objective

On completion of the course the student is familiar with the legislation that governs the quality of construction, and the supervising authorities.
The student can apply relevant legislation when supervising work on a site.

Content

Legislation related to land use and construction
Rules and regulations related to HVAC systems
Rules and regulations related to construction
Instructions by authorities regarding emergency rescue
Instructions by the communal authority which supervises construction.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student can apply the course content with guidance.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student can independently apply the course related skills and knowledge.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

In addition to the requirements listed above, the student can give grounds for his or her solutions.
