Objective

After completing the course, the student knows the basics related human body operation and measurable parameters, understands measuring devices and sensor technology used for measurements, understands special features of clinical environments where technology is used, and applies knowledge to practical development task related clinical environment and measurements.

Student has some knowledge about human body anatomy and physiology and related measurable vital parameters, partly understands measuring devices and sensor technology and special features of clinical environments, and utilizes learned knowledge and skills to a task related to clinical environment and measurements.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Student knows basics of human body anatomy and physiology and related measurable vital parameters, understands measuring devices and sensor technology and special features of clinical environments, analyses learned knowledge, utilizes references, and applies knowledge and skills to solve a challenging practical task related to clinical environment and measurements.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Student masters the basics of human body anatomy and physiology and related measurable vital parameters, has high-level understanding of measuring devices and sensor technology, has in-depth understanding of special features of clinical environments, analyses learned knowledge critically, utilizes high quality references in advanced manner, and applies knowledge and skills to solve a challenging problem or producing a new solution for practical task related to clinical environment and measurements in advanced manner.
