Audio Production 1Laajuus (5 ECTS)

Objective

The student has an extensive knowledge of digital signal processing and the use of digital devices in a music production environment. The student learns to record, process and edit multitrack audio with a computer. The student gains advanced knowledge of the analog signal routing in a computer-based studio. The student learns to communicate constructively and positively with vocalists and instrumentalists in interactive studio recording situations. The student gains a practical understanding to conduct and produce vocal recordings.
