Objective

After the course, the student:
• Understands the measurement charts as the basis of the standardized sizes.
• Utilizes measurement charts in grading.
• Utilizes a computer program for pattern making as a tool for pattern making and grading garments.

Content

Using measurement charts in grading. Pattern making and grading samples. Product coding for the patterns.

Qualifications

Prerequisite studies: the basics of information technology in pattern making and grading.

The students have partly reached the goals of the course. They have adequately completed the assignments of the course.

The students have successfully reached the goals of the course. They have successfully completed the assignments and have applied learned information when completing the assignments.

The students have reached the goals of the course in an excellent manner. They apply learned information in the assignments and have completed the assignments of the course applying learned information with distinction.
