Objective
The student is able to explain the aetiology of caries and name the diagnostic methods of caries. S/he can explain the developmental phases of dentition and identify the morphological characteristics of teeth. The student can prepare fillings according to the morphological criteria. S/he recognizes the individual characteristics of teeth in milk and permanent dentition. S/he knows the stages in making fillings and root canal treatmens in a simulated learning environment. S/he also knows how to use the materials, equipment and instruments safely.

• Diagnosing and stopping caries, basics of cariological treatment (treatment desicion)
