Objective

The student can assess processes and service chains in the health and social services sector and can plan new services and methods. The student can also coordinate client-based processes and service chains in an ecologically, economically, socially and culturally sustainable and effective manner.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

After completing the course, the student
- Knows the key processes and service chains in the health and social services sector
- Understands the significance of ongoing assessment and development of processes and service chains
- Can assess various practices, processes and services and can use key modelling methods
- Can plan and coordinate processes and service chains in an ecologically, economically, socially and culturally sustainable and effective manner
Very inadequate response, which, however, contains some very understood, the issues referred to in the literature exam. The answer may focus on issues that are irrelevant, or contains a lot of factual errors and misunderstandings, but to show, however, the student will learn the dominant material for the minimum level.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Taking care of business based on the literature exam answer, which, however, may also contain a single factual mistake, a misunderstanding, or an insubstantial thing. You will learn the basic mode of material which is in essence a well presented, but not very detailed or analytically.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Excellent exam literature-based response that does not contain factual errors, misunderstandings or irrelevant things. You will learn the basic material for the content and the structure is very well understood and described, and the response contains a lot of important details and relevant analysis or reflection.
