Objective
The student performs in a group a project work using technologies typical in microbiology and food technology. The student can create the report, analyze the results and understand the sources of error. The student can understand instructions and manuals written in English and is able to work according to them. S/he is able to work responsibly and independently, as part of a team.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The student is able to implement the project according to the instructions and can create surveys and reports needed.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The student is able to run the project goal-oriented and on schedule. S/he can (independently and as part of a group) undertake studies and design the project. S/he can report the results and comment their meaningfulness. The student is an active and initiative member of the project team.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student is able to see the project as a whole and is able to act wisely at various stages of the project. S/he can retrieve widely data from literature and is able to write a reasonable project plan. The student is able to compare the results to the literature and can draw sensible conclusions from the results. Additionally s/he is a supportive and self-imposed member of the project team.
