Objective

The objective is consolidation of competence in support of rehabilitation expertise.

Content

Students will plan their elective studies according to their own learning needs.

Studies may consist of seminars, conferences, international activities, previously completed studies, or studies completed at other higher education institutions, for example.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Students are able to:
– assess their own strengths and areas for improvement and draw up a personal development plan;
– apply co-configuration in order to develop individual and collective competence within their working community;
– reflect on and assess their self-management and expert competence as part of their community;
– consolidate well-being within the community;
– apply the principle of lifelong learning in their professional development.
