Fundamentals of Finnish juridical system, civil law and contract law, making agreements, interpretation of contracts, contract violations, corporate responsibilities.
The fundamentals of real estate business and land register, land in joint ownership

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student is able to describe the basic features of civil contract law and company administration.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student is able to read contracts. He or she is able to draft simple contracts. The student knows the most common types of torts within contract law. He or she is familiar with the administration system of a company.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to draft most common types of contracts. He or she can name all the different types of torts within contract law. The student is able to tell the main principles of administrating an incorporated company and the responsibilities of the board of directors.
