Objective

The student is able to communicate effectively and articulatively with customers, sponsors, employer and other members of his working team. The student follows carefully the sheduling and budgets through the project and is able to prognose risk factors connected with production. The student explores project management networking and its functions. The student understands the importance of documentation throughout the project. The student is able independently solve conflict situations and act in international projects. He/she masters the role management of his/her working team and recognises the strengths and developing needs of his/her own actions.
