Development
Tutkinto-ohjelma pitää kiinteää yhteyttä työelämään mm. harjoitteluiden, työssäoppimisopintojen ja opinnäytetöiden kautta. Opetussuunnitelma on esitelty kokouksessa 1/2020 talotekniikka-alan neuvottelukunnalle. Vuonna 2018 on ensimmäisen vuoden opetusta ryhmittely uudella tavalla ja erotettu englannin ja ruotsin kielten opinnot omiksi opintojaksoikseen. Kiinteistöjohtamisen opinnot on ryhmitelty uudelleen 5 op:n opintojaksoiksi sisältöjen pysyessä muuttumattomina. Polkujen valinnaisten opintojen tarjouskorit on päivitetty vastaamaan lähitulevaisuuden osaamistarpeita.
Kiinteistöjohtamisen opintokokonaisuutta on viime vuosina kehitetty 3AMK-yhteistyössä, jossa on ollut mukana laaja verkosto alan yrityksiä ja oppilaitoksia.
