Objective

The student understands Building Information Model (BIM) based road design principles and techniques, and can use models on a construction site. The student is able to produce a simple designs with help of BIM and can use them on a site.

- use of building infrastructure modelling in work site
- Common InfraBIM requirements (YIV)
- tasks of data model coordinator
- need of drawings in modelling projects

The student knows satisfactorily expected learning outcomes and has completed course exercises in time.

The student is able to apply BIM based design principles and tools in simple projects and has completed course exercises in time.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to apply BIM based design principles and tools very well in simple projects and has completed course exercises in time.
