Objective

The student knows the purpose of work planning and quality management on a construction site, as well as the principles of task planning and supervision. The student is aware of existing digital quality management tools and can use them for higher quality and more efficient implementation on the construction site.

The student understands how supervision during different phases of the construction process can ensure that the resulting building meets the original goals and plans in terms of building services. The student knows the stages of the supervision and acceptance process and can perform related inspections and documentation for individual systems.

Content

Planning the temporal, financial, and quality objectives and implementation of tasks.
Supervision of the construction site and the regulations and directives guiding supervision.
Digital tools for quality management.
HVAC technical work during the final phase of the construction site, including documentation.
Inspection documents and other documents of the construction project.
Handover and self-handover.
HVAC design guidance and supervision.
Ensuring the operational phase of the building.
