Objective

Learning outcomes
As a student, you know how to use the basic laboratory equipment safely and are familiar with basic methods in laboratory work. You know how to work ergonomically. You understand the importance of laboratory equipment maintenance from the perspective of asepsis and biomedical laboratory science. You know how to sort laboratory waste correctly. You are familiar with the key contents of occupational safety in the health care sector and with legislation on chemicals from the perspective of clinical laboratory work. You follow occupational safety regulations and promote occupational safety with your own actions. You are familiar with the key concepts of quality assurance. You know and recognise various data systems used in the health care and social services sector.
