Objective
After completing the course, the student masters the issues handled in the parcelling out and its side cadastral surveyings and knows the work phases. The student understands the significance of real estate deliveries as part of the real estate system. Understand the effects of water loss and land uplift. Knows the practical issues related to private road delivery. Knows the other most common types of cadastral surveying, decisions of the cadastral surveyor and their purposes. Understand the disadvantages and real estate impacts caused by land use projects
Content
Parcelling out inside and outside of the town plan area. Outdoor trails, easements, common areas and forests. Private roads and unitization of private road maintenance. Land division. Water loss and land uplift. Sovereignty Islands. Disadvantages associated with land use projects. Property impacts. Decisions of the Registrar of Real Estate. Guiding principles of the right to form real estate law. Proceedings in the Land Court.

The student knows the prerequisites for establishing a private road. Is able to plan the location of a private road and justify it.
