Objective
The student
• is able to analyse how music and its various elements are perceived and can analyse the musical content of works, placing them in a historical and stylistic context
• can search for professional and research information from different sources, critically analyse it, and apply it to their own activities
• can create an exact musical transcription of a recording containing multiple instruments and notate what they hear in score form.

Qualifications
The student
• can write music and lyrics both individually and in small groups, according to given assignments and independently
• can work professionally and creatively in different popular music styles
