Objective
The student
• identifies their own potential to work professionally in the music industry
• is familiar with the main lobbying organisations in the music sector and the purpose of their activities
• understands how lobbying supports the rights and working conditions of music professionals
• identifies their own opportunities in professional life through the use of alumni stories
• identifies opportunities to apply for scholarships and plan how to make use of them at different stages of their career

Qualifications
No prerequisites, but it is recommended that the joint studies in entrepreneurship and copyright and contracts in the cultural sector be taken at the same time.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
In order to obtain a pass mark, the student will demonstrate competence in the learning objectives through written assignments, discussions, exercises or other methods of assessment of the course.
