Objective
The student
• can guide the learning of an instrument in a group teaching situation
• supports learning in a motivating way for both individuals and the group
• can identify and solve challenges in the learning process, utilise group dynamics, and create meaningful learning tasks for the group
• can creatively apply different elements of music in their group teaching
• is able to teach improvisation to the group, considering the musical and stylistic context
• is capable of reflecting on and continuously developing their group pedagogical skills.

Qualifications
The student is familiar with group teaching methods and is able to teach their own instrument in a group setting. The student can build a positive interaction culture within the group and recognise learning processes in both individuals and the group.
The student can use a variety of teaching methods in different teaching situations.
The student is able to select musical and pedagogical materials to meet the needs of their group. The student can give constructive feedback within the group, supporting and respecting individual strengths. The student is able to identify the improvisational capacities of the group and apply a variety of techniques to develop the improvisation skills of the group.
