Objective

The student
• can present their professional skills in a variety of ways
• is able to apply different performance techniques and the technical realisation of a showreel and knows the importance of music and sound effects in a showreel
• is familiar with the tools for marketing their own skills and the tools needed in the recruitment process in the visual sector.

• Showreel content design
• Technical implementation of the showreel
• Combining music, sound and images, rhythm and editing
• Marketing the showreel and your own expertise

Qualifications

Video production (pre-production+production) / Audio-visual production

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student knows the basics of showreel production and can present their knowledge using showreel and other means used in the field.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student knows the basics of making a showreel and is able to present their skills with a high-quality showreel. The student will also be able to market their skills using other means in the industry.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student knows the basics of making a showreel and is able to present their skills visually with a high-quality showreel. The student will also be able to market their skills in an effective way, using other means in the field.

The student knows the basics of showreel production and can present their knowledge using showreel and other means used in the field.
