Objective
The student recognises the importance of new technologies in design and product development. The student is familiar with the new technologies affecting the field and knows how to choose relevant tools and methods of operation. The student learns about new technologies that the designer must master in order to be able to work continuously and successfully in the field. The student knows how to utilize and apply new technologies in their design work. The student's knowledge of the operating environment of design, the development of technology and new technological trends and practices affecting the field increases.
