Objective
The student
• knows how to work in a photography studio using different types of lighting and their modifiers
• knows how the camera works and knows how to choose suitable camera settings according to the shooting situation
• knows how to use a camera with manual adjustment and understands the technical basics of photography
• knows how to shoot in raw format, post-process images for different purposes and evaluate the quality of images.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The student
• knows the basics of studio photography, builds and designs simple basic lighting, and works in the educational institution's studios
• knows the basics of digital camera operation and knows how to choose appropriate camera settings according to the conditions and adjust the exposure
• knows how to shoot in raw format, post-process images, e.g. with colour and tone corrections and evaluate their images.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The student
• knows the basics of studio photography, builds and designs lighting for different shooting situations, and works independently in the educational institution's studios
• knows the operation of a digital camera well and knows how to choose the appropriate camera settings according to the conditions and adjust the exposure
• knows how to shoot in raw format, post-process images in a variety of ways, and evaluate their images.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student
• knows the basics of studio photography, builds and designs variable lighting for different shooting situations, and works independently in the educational institution's studios
• knows the function of a digital camera very well and knows how to choose the appropriate camera settings according to the conditions and adjust the exposure
• knows how to shoot in raw format, post-process images in a variety of ways, and evaluate their images.
