Objective

Students can present their professional skills in a variety of ways. He/she will be able to apply different performance techniques and the technical realisation of a showreel and will know the importance of music and sound effects in a showreel. They will be familiar with the tools for marketing their own skills and the tools needed in the recruitment process in the visual sector.

Prerequisites

Video production (pre-production+production) / Audio-visual production

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student knows the basics of showreel production and can present his/her knowledge using showreel and other means used in the field.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student knows the basics of making a showreel and is able to present his/her skills with a high-quality showreel. The student will also be able to market his/her skills using other means in the industry.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student knows the basics of making a showreel and is able to present his/her skills visually with a high-quality showreel. The student will also be able to market his/her skills in an effective way, using other means in the field.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The student knows the basics of showreel production and can present his/her knowledge using showreel and other means used in the field.
