The student understands the concept of self-leadership and recognizes their own strengths and areas for development. They are able to use basic methods to increase self-awareness and set personal goals. The student identifies the different stages of group development and understands the leader's role as a guide in team work.

The student is able to apply the principles of self-leadership in everyday life and set long-term goals. They can assess the group's development stage and plan actions accordingly. The student identifies and is able to resolve challenges related to the group's development stages. They can use team leadership methods to enhance the team's performance.

The student masters several self-leadership strategies. They are able to anticipate the group's development stages and promote the transition to the next phase. The student has advanced techniques for shaping group dynamics. They can lead a team successfully towards goals and solve complex group dynamics issues.
