understands the various steps in planning and implementing radiotherapy
can explain the acute and late side effects of radiotherapy using different dosages
understands the importance of providing support and guidance to a cancer patient
knows the importance of nutrition in the treatment of a cancer patient
understands the principle of operation of radiotherapy equipment
is familiar with the most common radiotherapy techniques and their importance in the treatment of the patient
understands the importance of radiation safety and quality control in radiotherapy
