Objective
The student can combine previously learned skills and select appropriate assessment and therapy methods for the purpose of supporting musculoskeletal function. The student can safely and appropriately implement joint mobilisation. The student knows how to use therapeutic taping as a physiotherapy method. The student can implement evidence-based therapeutic exercise in accordance with the principles of biomechanics and motor learning. The student can guide the client’s objectives and content-supporting self-care and assess the results of chosen physiotherapy methods.

Developing the knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and physiotherapy
Selection and use of appropriate evidence-based physiotherapeutic assessment and therapy methods
Joint mobilisation and therapeutic taping
Evidence-based therapeutic exercise
Prerequisites
Student knows the basics of assessment and promotion of functioning in physiotherapy. Student understands the impact of the experience of pain in the physiotherapy process. Student knows the basics of body functions and structures. Student has accomplished minimum of 2 credits of clinical practice in physiotherapy.
