Objective

On completion of the course the student
• understands the field of construction
• can evaluate their skills
• can identify areas of professional competence that they need to study or practice further
• can make a report of the internship according to given instructions.

Content

Tasks on a construction site if the student has no prior experience of working on a construction site. Writing a report describing the experience gained from the work placement according to the given instructions.

Qualifications

Completion of the first year of study according to the curriculum.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The successful completion of the work placement requires the student to submit the documents and assignments as specified in the work placement guidelines at the end of it.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Assessment is based on criteria Pass/Fail. No numerical grade will be given.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Assessment is based on criteria Pass/Fail, and no numerical grade is given.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed
